Skill and labour shortages, regional mismatches, under-utilized labour force participant, labour surpluses, inefficient programs and sevices area ll symptoms of a workforce deman/supply disconnect.

Join with leaders from British Columbia’s business, education, recruitment and human resource sectors for this full day session to explore the challenges facing employers and the opportunities for solutions through our education and post secondary education systems, identifying underutilized labour pools and building connections between major project planning and human and broad human resource planning.
