The B.C. Liberals call the budget "yet another tax-and-spend budget with no plan to grow the economy or help people get ahead".
And B.C. Business Council president Greg D’Avignon said he was disappointed in the budget, saying it's "virtually silent on the agenda let alone the implementation of a sustainable economic plan".
