On July 11th, the NEXT Leaders Council was pleased to host the fourth annual summer social with the Business Council's Board of Governors.
The reception featured an inter-generational panel discussion focusing on the ‘future of work’. With rapidly emerging disruptive technologies, artificial intelligence, the internet of things, automation and digitization, millions of jobs will become obsolete over the next decade. Are our organizations ready to adopt new, more efficient processes and technologies, and reskill our workforces? Do our workforces have the mindset needed to adapt and embrace lifelong learning?
