As difficult as things are, businesses don’t want to rush reopening, said Jock Finlayson, executive vice-president and chief policy officer for the Business Council of B.C.
“We don’t want to go backward here by prematurely reopening business activity and then having to slam the door shut again,” Finlayson said. “That would be disastrous.”
