It has come to our attention that the Metro Vancouver Board will be considering recommendations put forward in the document, “Changes in Provincial Legislation Needed to Address Gas Utilities in British Columbia.” This is alarming for several reasons. Importantly the topics go well beyond Metro Vancouver’s jurisdiction.
