SUBMISSION: Air Quality Permit and Regulatory Fees in Metro Vancouver Discussion Paper

The Business Council of British Columbia provided input on the Proposed Amendments to Air Quality Permit and Regulatory Fees in Metro Vancouver Discussion Paper released in November 2020. We seek to provide fact-based information and to work collaboratively on practical policy and regulatory solutions with all governments. Finding an appropriate and workable air permitting process that is aligned to support - not supplant - provincial and federal policy, and with reasonable costs, must be the main goal of the MV Board.
