SUBMISSION: In support of Tilbury Marine Jetty Project

The Business Council of B.C. submitted a letter of support for the proposed Tilbury Pacific Marine Jetty.The Business Council supports the vision of government and industry to create an LNG fueling hub for ships in the Vancouver region. The adjacent Tilbury LNG facility has been producing LNG for marine customers such as BC Ferries and Seaspan Ferries and supplying the fuel through a world-first onboard truck-to-ship marine bunkering system. The Tilbury Marine Jetty Project is an opportunity to build out and join a global network of ports delivering LNG directly to ships.
